It's an interesting point because, despite the differences, we all come from worlds similar enough that the majority of us share at least one common language.

To all testable extents, the rainwater is completely normal. The only visual difference is particulate mass- there isn't any. It's completely pure, probably safe to drink, but given the record presented by other phenomenon, finding a way to test this with impunity remains the realm of...nonprofessionals.

The indoor version condensates less than a centimeter from the ceiling. It's dry. It's my opinion that it's safe to go out in it.
